Who we are

What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, phone number and the address we are delivering to. We also keep a record of what you bought, what it came to and how you chose to pay.
If you create an account, we keep your name, email address and any addresses you save to it.
When you send us a message through the contact form we keep your name, email address, subject and the message itself so we can reply to you.
Like most websites, ours records some technical information on its own: your IP address, the browser you are using and the pages you looked at. That comes from cookies and from the server logs our host keeps.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies to remember what is in your cart, to keep you signed in and to hold small preferences like the filters you picked. If you switch cookies off in your browser, the cart and the checkout will not work properly.
What we use it for
We use what you give us to take your order, get it to you, answer your questions and keep our own record of sales. If you ask us to, we will also get in touch when a size you wanted comes back in.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not hand it to anyone for marketing. It is seen by our own staff, by the rider or courier bringing your order, and by the companies that run this website and our email. If you are part of the savings arrangement, we share what that plan needs with ICEA Lion and nothing more.
We will also share information where the law requires us to.
Payments
Payments on this site are handled by hand. If you pay by Airtel Money you send the money yourself from your own phone, so we never see or store your PIN or any other payment credential. If you pay cash on collection or delivery, nothing about the payment is stored on the website beyond the order total.
How long we keep it
Order records stay with us as long as we need them for our accounts and for any exchange or warranty. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is still useful and then deleted. Account details stay until you ask us to close the account.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kicksandpacks.com and we will sort it out. If you have an account you can sign in and change your own details whenever you like.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date below.
