This is the one secondary students take. The large measures 33 by 16 by 42 centimetres, which is enough depth for a file, a set of books and a 14 inch laptop in the same compartment without any of it bending.
The front carries a woven text label and a fine chain looped across it. It is the most grown up looking bag we stock, which is exactly why the older ones want it and the younger ones do not.
The back panel is more structured than the rest of the range, so the bag holds its shape when it is not full and a laptop inside it does not flex against the spine.

Which size to take
Small suits nursery and lower primary. Medium is where most primary children land. Large is for upper primary and secondary, once there is a file and a water bottle to carry as well. Bring the heaviest day’s books in and we will pack them into each one.
Looking after it
Sponge it down with soapy water and dry it in the shade. Keep it out of the washing machine, it pulls the padding out of shape and it never recovers.
