This is the one we sell most of in January, and it is not because of anything clever. It is a plain black leather shoe with two velcro straps, no stitching feature, no punched pattern, nothing that any school has ever queried.
The straps close in opposite directions, which sounds like nothing but means the pull is balanced across the foot and neither one works itself loose against the other during the day.

Which size
Sizes run EU 25 to 42, which covers nursery through to secondary. One foot is usually slightly larger, so fit to that one. If you are ordering rather than coming in, measure the longest foot heel to toe in centimetres, add half a centimetre and message us the number on WhatsApp.
Care
A damp cloth after school and a proper polish on Sunday evening will keep them looking right until the end of term. If they get soaked, stuff them with newspaper and leave them somewhere shaded to dry slowly.
